If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within the first 14 days, you have the right to return the goods for whatever reason provided they are in perfect sellable condition. It is Elan Snowboards right though to wavier the liability for delivery and return shipping charges if you are returning an item that you have simply changed your mind about and is not faulty. Included with your returned order should be the Elan Snowboards Return form (on the bottom of your invoice). Please complete the Returns Form, stating clearly your name, your order number, the product being returned, why and if you require a refund or an exchange. Please Re-repackage the item to be returned adequately for shipping.
It is your responsibility to arrange the return carriage of your goods however, in the event of a faulty or erroneous order we will reimburse the return shipping cost but please contact us first so we can advise.
By ‘perfect sellable condition’ we ask that goods are returned in new condition as they are when they are shipped out and that they are carefully and considerately re-packaged.
We will notify you via email once your returned item has arrived with us for processing. If we are able to fulfill your exchange, we will email to confirm this has been actioned. If we are processing a refund we will notify you via email as soon as it has been completed.
