Orders placed by 3pm Monday – Friday *will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched on the chosen service the following day. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on *Monday.

Our courier service delivers Monday – Friday*.

Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch.

We offer Next day and Saturday deliveries for an additional charge. All orders requesting this service must be placed before 3pm.

We pride ourselves on customer service but please be aware that we are only human and during busy periods deliveries may take longer and we apologies in advance.

Import duty, tax or surcharges?

Please make sure that you are aware of your country’s import tax and or duty charges before you order from us. Elan Snowboards is not liable for any additional import tax and or duty charges issued by your country’s national import office. Such charges are issued by the country’s national import office to the recipient and are not controlled by Elan Snowboards in any way. Import duty and taxes vary from country to country and they also depend on the value of your order. If in doubt please consult your country’s governmental or national import office website for further information.



Very few orders should experience delays but:

If your order is out of stock Elan Snowboards will contact you.

If we need to verify a discrepancy on your payment details or address, Elan Snowboards will contact you.

Elan Snowboards cannot be held liable for parcels that are delayed or go missing when the delivery address has been inputted incorrectly or incomplete.

Elan Snowboards will not be held accountable if a delay in the delivery is caused by direct or indirect strike action, adverse weather, or customs clearance.


Delivery FAQs

How will my order be delivered?

Elan Snowboards offers a range of delivery methods which you are able to select during the checkout process. These include FREE UK delivery *terms applicable, 1st Class Delivery, Next Working Day and Saturday delivery options. If you wish track your parcel you can call or email quoting your order number and we will happily check the progress of your parcel.

What happens if I am not at home?

Our couriers will leave a card explaining where your package is and also provide the package tracking number.

My order has not arrived. Where is it?

Very few orders should be delayed but the most common delays are;

  • an attempted delivery has been made but no-one was in (a card should always be left by the courier to notify you of this),
  • bad weather,
  • direct or indirect strike action has created delays.

Can we collect/return items to the warehouse?

Unfortunately customers cannot collect or return items directly to our warehouse or offices at this time. Please return the item via post using the returns procedure on your delivery note.

How will my goods be packaged?

Well, please contact us immediately if you are unhappy with the condition of your goods upon delivery.
